“La Sommellerie” is on the edge of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. The 17th century building once housed livestock and is now a venue for lovers of good food and fine wines from the world over.
The chef will introduce you to personal and very inventive food full of colour and flavour, made from the best produce he finds in the famous markets of Provence or gets from local producers and farmers.
This winter you will be able to savour proper wild game and truffles, or perhaps partake of the great Winemakers’ Dinners held in the winery every Saturday evening.
